Ethridge, TN
Have a landlord that has cut his cattle heard way back, and had one hay field he wanted us to farm. This has been sod/bermuda grass for as long a long time. I've attempted other ways of bringing this ground back into crop production, but decided i wasn't going thru that fight again. Brought a seven bottom on land hitch from the Indiana farm down, and rolled it under.

Course, since it was here, I've had a couple other fields that have presented there own problems, and decided to see what a good ol' moldboard plow job would do for them. Probably ended up doing close to 200 acres. Have been the talk of the entire community, about that big "breaking" plow running around, with "shinny" bottoms on it. Now, depending on how some of this works out, might just be looking for a bigger plow.
