Western-Central Lower Michigan | I am going to say most any computer that has been used on the internet eventually will benefit from a CLEAN install of the operating system. It may be time to just do it. The time spent on finding/fixing issues MAY exceed the clean reinstall time.
Do you have your Microsoft reinstallation CD/DVD (drivers too). Many things to save and line up (in case you do decide to reinstall).
