I built one simialar to the above poster.. mine was only 10ft.. but used 6 nozzles, so I could move it closer to the ground.. (using it to spray mowed grass.) Folding wings... running it on a Zero Turn machine.. I just used 1in square tubing with some hinges.. For nozzles, I'm currently using the standard flat fan yellow nozzles. (.15 gpm at 40 psi.) The fittings and nozzles were just from TSC.. I welded a washer on the bottom of the square tubing.. ( so it sticks out the back of the bar.)
For supply I'm just using my pump and tank from my hand wond type sprayer.. its a Delvan pump, 2GPM and 60 psi max. I added a pressure regulator so I could adjust the pressure down, and keep the pressure constant.
