Better to be a little wider thqn too narrow! I see you're using 3/4" rebar. Have you ever not used rebar and just gotten the fibermesh added to the concrete? I've heard it works just as good but I'm too chicken $%@& to try on a building. I'll be pouring a feed floor for my stock cows later this week and haven't decided whether to use it or not.
