My concern would be the amount of time you expect this to hold. It very well maybe ok. But water will seep into the clay and weaken it, plus with the added pressure of the manure it could fail. Think the levees along rivers and such, The worry is the amount of time they have water and pressure on them. Same here. Plus with the clay on top of the cement water can seep under it. If it were me, I would find anyway I could to get some out of there. If we get some fairly dry days and the ground drys some, maybe at least put some of the water off. Or haul to a empty pit some where. Good be worde though...... think if you would have had "normal" snow this winter and rain this spring, then have gotten this.
