Three weeks ago our wheat looked to have potential to be one our best crops ever. After two weeks without rain and 90-95 degree heat and wind, it looks like it will be quite variable. I still think we have some good wheat out there, but across the board average wise, we have probably lost at least 20 bushel off the top.
