I've thought about that too. I wonder if it could be possible to run electric fence all the way across the pond and support it with little floaty/buoy deals that would keep it 6" off the water or so. I wonder if a cow would just duck her head underwater to get to the other side. On second, maybe it wouldn't be good for the cow to get shocked standing in the water. OUCH! LOL
