Take a yellow cake mix and make it as stated on the box, put in 9x13 pan, put about 3 cups sliced rhubarb on top, sprinkle with about 3/4 c. sugar (depending on how sweet you want it) then pour 1 1/2 c. heavy cream over top and bake until slightly golden on top. Serve with whip cream...yum!!
