Saronville, NE | My last issue of Taste of Home magazine had a recipe on page 40 for a "Raspberry-Rhubarb Slab Pie" that looked really tasty! It may be on the Taste of Home website. My favorite rhubarb recipe from Mom at home in Northwest Iowa was Rhubarb Crisp (rhubarb in the bottom of pan cubed, sprinkled w/ sugar, and the oatmeal/brown sugar/butter crumb topping over top) or quick pie with ice cream on top! I wish more at our house would like rhubarb, I kind of miss it! Happy baking! | |
