17 yrs ago, my wife had Toximia and Gestational Diabetes durung her first pregnancy. She had to spend the last 5-6 months of the pregnancy laying in bed. The Toximia, I understand, can be fatal to one or the other or both if not watched closely. Prayers go out to your cousin's family.
