SCMN | DRester, That is the kind of answer I was looking for! You rock! I won't need to fold the wing over as far as pic 2, that's just where it lays when it's bottomed out on the hinge. 120 degrees +/- should suffice. I will be modifying the cylinder brackets to keep them from binding as you described. The pics are the used material I'm working with. There are shim-able stops under the hinges already.
