What are you wanting to use it for?  We tried a Reel Disk back in March, ran it over several hundred acres of mostly disk ripped ground but also some bean stubble that was inline ripped last fall.  I thought it did a really good job on disk ripped ground as long as the ridges were 4" tall or less and it left one of the nicest seedbeds that I've ever seen.  It also made a great seedbed in bean stubble, it won't take out big weeds but with a second pass I think it would take out 3-4" tall weeds and provide a good kill on them.  For airing out wet ground I think the Reel Disk would be a little too aggressive and heavy but in dry ground we were impressed with it.  For leveling worked ground it would be nice if you could replace the rolling basket on the back with two more harrow bars.  McFarlane say's the Reed Disk needs 8-9hp/ft but we were around 11 hp/ft and didn't have any too much power for it.
