Little Joe, I have to disagree with your remarks about the 100 series Deere mowers. I purchased one from the local deere dealer, same mower as the Home Depot sells and have had excellent service from it. 518 hours and no breakdowns, just the normal filters, oil, grease, blades spark plugs etc. I have a 44" snowblower for it so it gets used year around. When it dies, I will go back and buy another just like it.
