Lapel, In | I think the 1031 exchanges will drop to almost zero, if it hasn't happened already,This housing market is breathing its last breath for probably 5 or more years. so I thing the curve will become a bit flatter,still with an upward bias until that major event that always has a way of happening every 10-20 years.And I have no idea as to what it will entail.
Keep in mind, I am not 50 miles from home.
