I never drove it but neighbor had a 830 Caseomatic that he used as a loader tractor. He was a die hard Case man and loved that tractor.
One story was when a neighbor moving his hay with a Ford 6000 got hung up trying to cross a creek. Another neighbor came with his 6000 to pull him out but it wasn't enough. So this guy took his 830 to help them out.
He loved to tell that story about how it took a Case to pull 2 Fords and a haymover.
