Illinois
I am not all that old, so this may not sound interesting at all...........but my first memory was many rides in the cab of a Gleaner K combine and 3 row corn head. I remember that it took 6 grain tank loads to fill our truck.

My next memory is of a first tractor drive, which involved pulling an A-C 200 through the gate while Dad opened and closed the gate. I remember not remembering how he told me to stop the tractor, so I got lucky when I moved that big lever close to the throttle handle, which happened to be the power-director, and I happened to put it in neutral.

The third memory is of driving the pickup for the first time while Dad scooped corn out of the back for the sows. It was an old Dodge 4wd with a really stiff accelerator pedal, and I pushed it too hard, threw Dad out the back, and ran over a sow and killed her.
