West Ky, on Eddy Creek
In about 1960-61 is my first memory of riding in the back of the wagons while my dad picked corn with a 2 row mounted IH picker on an M Farmall. Had to be careful about dodging ears until corn piled up enough to not bounce on the bare bed. Got some pics of me setting back there asleep with corn piling up over my legs. Lots of tobacco cutting, hay hauling, hog killings, cattle moving memories.
