| According to Purdue's latest annual (Aug. 2007) Farm Land Value Survery most of the experts surveyed believe Indiana farm land will continue going up for the next several years. Expect this would be true of all states.
Why do you think it will go up or down in the next few years?
Is a "New Plateau" of farm crop prices here to stay?
My opinion is we will experience a new plateau (significantly higher) crop prices and farm land will keep going up in value over the next 5 or more years.
