I don't think 50 years later it's too hard to find people that know.. it's the 75-100 years later stuff...
50 years ago we were using tractors and stacking hay with them. Of course there were lots of balers around then too. Life on the farm changed a LOT when tractors came into the picture as a means of doing what folks were doing with horses... Belts then PTO's really changed things!
But your right when you think about how much things have changed in even just 50 years...It's just that many of use can still remember that long ago... (ok, I remember how it was done 45 years ago) 75-100 years ago, nope...
That gives me an idea for a new thread... |
