| Welcome to the group Murray, no better time then the now to start. Sometimes the time is just right to pull it together and do this. Doesn't have to be life altering, just some little changes can make a difference. Smaller portions, or cutting out soda, getting in a little extra exercise. I know most of you guys get pretty good workouts on the farm, but then again, when it is planting time, that is alot of sitting in the tractor. So hope you have time to get at least 20 minutes to a half hour of some kind of exercise. If you have to walk on the farm from place to place, move those arms too, make it a more aggressive move and it will burn some calories. Good luck to you. | |
