swia | I just know everyone else's planted field looks like a picture an mine looks like a puzzle. Seems to all get combined. Ran two this last week, one with all bells and whistles, one with out. You have to be pretty alert to catch right line with auto steer. Going around corners on a steep side hill( I don't mean 90's) the old sf2 doesn't quite do the job, you can really watch your planter better with auto steer, if your not on the phone. I guess the best thing about auto steer is no marker tracks to wash out.
Technology is nice , Im not sure it is going to be the deciding factor if a farm prospers or not. | |
