Northeast ks | If you plant in a C- shape, you end up running over corn with the combine unless you have room to turn around in the corners outside of the field.
Around here, most everyone plants two or three times around a field because there are a lot of trees or fence rows. The rows are planted with the straightest side of the field, which is usually by the roads. Terraced ground most people plant with the terraces, although some go over them in straight lines. | |
