Southeast Minnesota
Take metal panal off track frame. Clean cylinder of dirt. Use drain line into bucket to release tension, don't put oil back in tractor through hose. We push on front idler with fork lift really slowly to retract cylinder. Jack up enough to clear guide blocks with NEW track. Take front outside idler wheel off. Muscle and lift up to the back over the rear wheel while sliding front out and away from undercarriage.
Put new one on in reverse.
Make sure adjustment nuts are free
Heat if need be.
Use never seize!!!
Run engine about 1600, purge line through drain port and make sure all air is out by cracking and closing drain port a few times while beginning tensioning.

Do you have owners manual? follow instructions on aligning tracks. When you get really close, take it down the road and take temp of guide blocks for final adjustment.

2 guys, 2 hours work and only aligning left after that.
