Unfortunately, what they should have done and what they did were two different things. I took a look at the parts diagram last night on Deere's website and it seems I am missing the line brackets and the coupler bracket on the front of the loader. Had a nice chat with the manager today, so maybe things will get kicked in gear. I just needed to have a "do it myself" back up plan if all else fails.
