Continental AG sold its ag tire division to Czech Republic's CGS (now Mitas) back in 2004. And Mitas is allowed to use the Conti brand on ag tires. The Mitas brand was a subsidiary of Michelin in the 30s when it was started. However the 2 companies no longer have ties since a long time...
