South Africa | This combine now has 1300 eng hrs on it and i've had it with it! Everything on my farm is IH red but this is not funny!
300hrs feeder drive shaft bearing
350hrs seperator engage jockey pully and bearing
750hrs cam follower guide has droped out alowing roler to turn and broken valve rocker
950hrs cam follower guide broken again, remove engine to replace cam shaft and cam follower
955hrs RH final drive gears (bearings, seals and oil level were still fine but gears disentegrated)
1200hrs (1000 sep hrs) both elevator chains are completely worn on a combine that only does soybeans
1250 Injectors
1300 droped a valve insert and destroyed the valves, pistons and sleeves on 2 cylinders as well as the cylinder head!
I have never had so many major repairs an a combine with hours this low! Soybeans are now shattering and this POS is out in the field broken all the time.
Funny thing that I seem to find "Made in China" on everything I replace...
CIH guys says its my problem, machine is out of waranty...
