You have a charging system problem. As the other poster stated the low voltage warning is locked out below 1500 RPM. Most likely an alternator problem and may just be worn brushes. You can replace the brushes from the rear on that alternator......I have even done them without removing the alternator from the tractor. Brush set is less then $20.00 from JD part # RE52028.......I keep one in stock.
