Just to let you know that they do still offer DVD's. The Signup at the top of the page will take you back to the same free trial signup page.
When I signed up for my free month I could specify what option I would like (1 DVD or 1 dvd + Streaming). It has been 3.5 years since I signed up. When you have a account you can select the menu option "Your Account" -> "Manage Account" -> "Change Plan." And select your preferred option or cancel your account.
On a side note I was surprised how quickly Netflix was able to turn around DVD's. I was getting 3 day turnaround on DVD's here. Send it out one day, be to their facility the next and another dvd sent out the second day, and have the new DVD in the mail on the third day. Sure beats driving 100 miles round trip to the nearest video store. Our local Netflix mailing center is in Salem Oregon. | |
