We have a 9250 and as mentioned earlier its controled by a door that opens and closes that allows more or less air flow. We had the same issue as you this year and ours was a froze cable that controls the door this is the second cable that we have had to change the other one actually broke into, so that might be your issue if it is it should be a easy fix.
