Singulation can be distorted by missed seeds on the disks,doubles, and how the seed bounces down the seed tube. Pro Max 40 plants very well off the disk so how smooth are your units running. Everytime your units jump it will change singulation as the seed bounces down the tube.
They are running very smooth. I have adjusted the air down pressure, vacuum pressure and speed and nothing helps. I have been down to 2 mph with no luck. |
