We have a White 8186 planter with heavy down pressure kit, i.e. 4 down pressure springs on each unit. There is 4 settings we can use for down pressure. We have been using the lightest setting since we are planting all conventional worked ground, we do have a unit mount coulter in front of each unit so should we increase down pressure.
