If you are running without a radar, you have to enter your mph figure into the setup, and also, each time you power on the unit, hold down the area button, hit the power button, continue holding area button down until unit reads row 1, hit setup, then hit scan. As far as the vacuum goes, what kind of oil do you have in the tranny of the tractor? If you are using hy-tran, great. Hopefully not some of that yellow bucket stuff from rural king or whereever. Viscosity of that stuff is inconsitant, very heavy, and hard to pump thru your vac motor and get much vacuum. You need 10 wt. tranny oil for your vac system. If you haven't replaced the door seals in your row units for some time, get new ones from precision planting. They are much softer than oem from deere, and seal much better also.
