Sure sorry to hear that. We lost all our wheat in 07 to an easter freeze. What we looked for was what color the antlers inside the head looked like. We left ours for grain and it was definitely the wrong decision because is was much worse than we expected. If the damage is there I would definitely cut it for hay if you can, but you need to check the nitrates because I have seen some froze out wheat be extremely high in nitrates. My 07 wheat crop was potentionaly an 80 bushel crop and actually cut 18. I hope it didn't get your corn also.
