Take the Phillips head screw out of the top of the clutch and spray just a little bit of silicone lubricating spray in it then put the screw back in and with the clutch activated use an impact wrench to spin the planter drive shaft while somebody holds the drive chain on that row unit.  It might take a couple of tries but that method has worked very well for us.
