Land is multi-functional, A cattle barn isn't. if you could predict any segment of ag for 30 years I'd say invest your resources in the segment and take advantage of the profits. As conpared to a cattle barn land is relatively liquid, it's use can change with the markets and it can be resold to reduce debt if it had to be.
