sw minnesota | kinda of at the same point, im leaning towards barn with hopes that will pay for the land. I know land is a good investment but for me it would destroy my balance sheet and then be so strapped for the next 20 years not to mention a correction. I wouldnt be replacing though it would be additional numbers. Gotta go with what u think, no one else is gonna pay for it after they give you the advice. | |
