If this is a long term plan then I would get the silage kit. The scrappers keep all the rollers on the baler build lot and will be hard on everything. There seems to a certain moisture where the hay really sticks and wraps to any of the rollers. For the wrapping make sure you are getting enough wraps and the correct pre stretch on the plastic.
