Is anything less than rtk good enough when striptilling? Following same tracks within the same day? ( at first, planter would be hand steered, to save money)
Have a neighbor on Deere's SF2 that still uses his makers to wath for drift. He lets the tractor drive, but every so often he has to ' nudge it over".I don't want to haver to do that.
Had another fellow on Trimble that would plant with 2 planters in the same field on WAAS, and at the end of theday, would only be off a few inches. Sounds good to me.
When not following planter tracks, sprayer guidance would be great.( boom sectional would be a big plus)

So what is good enough? Using WAAS? Or having my own RTK tower ( $$$ouch!)

Also, I was told that there is a Deere system Antennae within a mile of most of my ground. I was also told i could buy signal off of that for other brands. Is that possible?
