Are you reading a prescription? If so make sure your "rate outside the map" is set to Rx Default and not Zero. It is found under your equipment setting for each channel under your configuration. I saw an issue with little holes in the prescription maps and if set to Zero it will shut off the unit. Also, the holes in the map went away when I upgraded to 3.3 firmware.
