We have had our's since 2004, and I have yet to find anything "Smart" about it. We keep several extra meters on the shelf, as I have to replace at least one/year. We swicthed from a 24-20" planter last year to a 16-30" so I have a complete units ready to go on the planter if I have problems. Went to calibrate it this spring, and I had to replace 3 of them on the planter. Half the time I am ready to go back to the granular boxes.
Does anyone else hate their Smart Box system
