Subject: Re: Grain leg cup spacing?

Most charts I have seen will show capacities at various fill rates for the different styles of buckets. Fill rates will vary with bucket styles, belt speed, material, and feeding method. If this is new installation, there are a number of choices that will affect capacity. If it's an existing set-up, changing the spacing can require a new belt. IMO it's better to trust the bucket maker than the leg builder. The other parts of the system will need to be sized to handle the flow.
