Right underneath the AM/FM radio.  There is a steel plate under the radio that keeps you from getting the mounting screws into the radio.....that is unless you use really long screws!

If the tractor was business band radio ready pull the wiring from behind the factory radio and pull it out between the headliner and right hand glass...nice and clean install.
