Subject: RE: Building a Tri-axle grain truck-front or rear pusher

Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA
The spud truckers around here put the tag axle behind the drivers more often than in front. After loading in the field, they drop the tag when on firm ground so it carries some weight itself and shifts some weight to the front axle. If they do their math right they can have legal axle weights on the road and run WAY too heavy on the drivers in the field.
