I have a Woods BW180HD. It's the same as a BW180 with BW1800 gearboxes. It is a very good machine. Woods is easier to change blades on since you don't have to use a big wrench. Just keep anti-sieze on the blade pins. You will hear a lot of negative comments on here about the Woods Batwing, but they are all from the previous 3180 and earlier models. The new BW series has nothing in common with the 3180. It's about like saying a Farmall 806 is no good because a 560 was no good. Not a fair comparison.
