I wouldn't recommend grease in the bogies for a farm application because of possible long term road speeds, where scraper tractors don't always see that. I have used 80/90 weight and 75W-140 (even better) for 13 years now and never had a failure of anything, including duo-cone seals. Bearings don't normally fail when they have lube in them. Heavier lube is easier to keep in the bearings and hubs than the lighter oil Cat/AGCO suggests. You do what you want, and if someday you ever have a failure with lighter oil(running dry), remember you read this.
