Was it the first stuff you flowed through them for the year? I just was messing around with our newly installed Wilgers and noticed the same thing. What I did and it fixed it was to break open the line by the check valve. I'm not sure what you are using but we have a 1/4 turn twist lock that holds our orifice disk and has the check valve on the side. I opened the twist lock and allowed some water to squirt out. Then put back together and everything was running level. I'm guessing some lines have air bubble in them.
