Sorry, but the only way this disk will tickle any feet is if they're in the top 4" of soil, maybe. 20 years ago, they were a good disk, and very popular here. Now, with 200 bu BT corn, they float over the cornstalks. We added about 2000 lb of weight into the frame, sharpened our blades often, and still couldn't get decent trash burial.
And it always ridged.
After it was gone, I wondered why I fought it so long.
You may try slowing down, local IH guy claims no disk should ever go over 5 mph.
