West Central IL | When I start shopping for something I tell her what I'm looking for and why, she wasn't raised on a farm and doesn't understand a lot of stuff but she sometimes asks a question that I would never think of because I'm too familiar with stuff. She runs the combine so I usually tell her my reasons when I'm upgrading,she appreciates being kept informed and having some idea of what's going on.
Another reason I keep her in the loop is what if something were to happen to me,she needs to have some sort of idea about stuff in case she is suddenly left alone.
