If it's still fairly liquid-ish and fresh, hot water power washer especially with some surfactant/detergent should do well.  If it's old and baked on and gunky, try cheap oven cleaner....the cheaper the better.  Spray on, let set, wash off with hot water.   Caution:  may remove paint.
