Subject: 2012 John Deere 1890/1910 blockage monitor problem??

Thompson ND / Grand Forks ND

I'm on the way to the field to see a customer who called to tell me that he got rolling with his new 2012 JD 1890/1910 air drill today.  It's got 8 towers with all run blockage.  He tells me that towers 1-6 are working fine.  The blockage sensors for towers 7 and 8 stay white (standby/headland mode) the entire time.  He also can't manually shut them off or change their status.  I haven't been there to verify setup but I thought I'd hit up the fine folks on NAT who have come through for me before.  Being from ND, often times, people much farther south of us have already experienced the problems that we've yet to see.

Any ideas or have any of you seen this on your machine this year?

He claims he's checked the setup as well as obvious wiring issues.  He also says he can go in and verify the sensor voltages.  They simply don't engage.

Thanks
